Human-Centered Leadership Development

(a year long immersive offering to deepen your understanding of leadership as a practice through a human-centered lens)

This year-long immersive leadership development offering blends personal growth and professional development to strengthen the connection between personal leadership, intentional action, and collective well-being. Through coaching, in-person learning, virtual engagement, and between-session resources, participants build practical leadership skills that can be applied immediately.

Designed to be highly interactive and experiential, the program develops leadership as a practice from the inside out. Participants begin by cultivating intrapersonal awareness and a human-centered leadership lens through communication skills, mindfulness, and deeper emotional awareness that moves from intelligence (inside oneself) to agility (being relation with another). Engaging cognitive, emotional, somatic, and intuitive ways of learning, individuals develop an embodied leadership presence grounded in purpose and genuine presence.

As the journey progresses, participants expand from heightened intrapersonal discernment to interpersonal practice—strengthening their ability to listen deeply on multiple levels, communicate across diverse life experiences, align with others through values-based recognition, and build meaningful relationships and collaboration.

This leadership development experience culminates in a collective learning journey that fosters a lastingCommunity of Practice to inform and improve individual and collective performance. Participants leave not only with new skills and insights, but with a supportive network and shared commitment to continued individual and organizational growth long after the program concludes.

Through storytelling, guided inquiry, reflective writing, partner dialogue, and practical integration exercises, attendees will move beyond intellectual understanding into embodied self-awareness.

“I hired LauraLynn to act as both a Project Manager and Integrative Coach for a pilot project. Our program exceeded all expectations regarding participation and engagement. Over 80% of the individuals who attended the initial meeting continued to participate for the full four months of the program. Those who met with LauraLynn for ongoing coaching set weekly measurable goals, a range of 70-90% of these goals were achieved. On completion of the project numerous participants chose to continue with her at their own expense. LauraLynn demonstrated rigours oversight of the myriad of details in running the program. She is a skilled trainer, consultant, and coach who has been a valuable asset to our health system.” - Denise, Director Life Learning Center, St. Joseph Health System, CA
